Now more than ever, the productivity of your team of agents is important to maintain. Utilize these three helpful tips to increase team productivity, and you’ll see increased profitability.
 

Tip 1: Incentivize

One highly effective way to inspire an agent’s productivity is through incentives and compensation. These work together, especially when you chose a productive task to incentivize with compensation. Agents will not only be more motivated, but they now know their hard work is being observed and acknowledged.

Tip 2: Recognize

Good real estate agents work hard and, especially after a challenging few years starting in 2020, recognizing them is key to continuing to get the best results from them. Social media is a great way to do so. You can share your agents’ new listings, closings, anniversaries, and more.

By sharing your agents’ successes on your public channels, you can create a sense of community, boost engagement and raise brand awareness for the listings, the agents and your brokerage.

Tip 3: Capitalize

By sharing on social media, you also have the opportunity for agents to begin social selling to potential customers. New methods of advertising, like this one, are game-changing trends in the real estate industry. If every agent learns the possibilities and capitalizes on them, they’ll be motivated by an increase in sales and revenue.

While the housing market continues to evolve in many parts of the U.S., the need to be both productive and adaptable to changes in the industry remains constant. There are plenty more ways to boost agents’ productivity but trying out these three methods is a great start.
